The TKK TRS / RS Round Sling is manufactured from 100% high-strength polyester fibers and designed as an endless lifting sling according to EN1492-2 international standard. The load-bearing fibers are continuously wound to form a compact and durable circular lifting structure.
The working load capacity is determined by the number of internal fiber loops, ensuring precise load distribution and stable lifting performance. All round slings are produced with a safety factor of 7:1, ensuring high operational safety in demanding lifting environments.
Round slings are manufactured using specialized automatic winding machines, ensuring uniform yarn tension, consistent structure, and enhanced durability under heavy-duty lifting conditions.
For heavy-duty applications above 10 tons, the sling is equipped with a double protective sleeve system with reinforced outer jackets. Protective sleeve length can be customized according to working requirements.
