Powered by an industrial-grade series-wound brushed motor, the hoist is designed for continuous lifting applications. The high-temperature resistant motor winding can withstand temperatures up to 200°C, ensuring stable performance and extended service life during frequent lifting operations.
The direct-control electrical system features a simple structure, low failure rate, and easy maintenance. The pendant controller is equipped with an independent power cable and a quick connector, allowing convenient installation, replacement, and servicing.
To maximize operational safety, the hoist incorporates a dual braking system combining a mechanical ratchet brake with an electrical dynamic braking system. High-friction sintered brake pads provide reliable stopping performance without adjustment and immediately lock the load in the event of power failure.
An integrated anti-overlift protection device automatically disconnects power when the load chain reaches the upper limit, preventing over-travel and protecting internal components from damage.
