For enhanced operational safety, the KII series is equipped with a dual pawl braking system. The double safety brake mechanism provides secure load holding performance during lifting and lowering operations, helping prevent accidental load movement.
The hoist uses TKK manganese steel G80 alloy load chain, manufactured with high tensile strength, excellent wear resistance, and superior fatigue resistance. Precision-made chain links ensure smooth operation with reduced friction and improved service life.
The internal transmission system adopts heat-treated alloy steel gears. Each gear is precisely machined and processed to achieve high transmission efficiency, stable operation, and long-lasting durability during heavy-duty lifting tasks.
The curled edge cover design effectively prevents chain jamming and improves lifting smoothness. The dual sealed brake cover helps protect the braking system from dust, rain, and external contaminants, making the hoist suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
